tattoo - wings

these are the wings that i'm ccurrently considering for my first tattoo. I have about 8 more months left before i can get them, (i'm waiting a year from finishing the design to make sure I still like it) also, I won't get them until I've reached a certain mental and life state. my wings are open, which to me symbolizes freedom. so I will wait until I feel free. maybe next year, when I'm married and with Daniel in our own home, maybe when I graduate college. and oddly important to me is the little claw tucked in the feathers at the "wrist" joint... i'm not sure why, but it makes them feel less "fluffy" to me.
